A Private limited company can be incorporated to carry on any business activity (such as Information Technology, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Retail Business, Trading, Travel etc.). Once incorporated, it is governed by the provisions of Companies Act and thus attains credibility from various parties such as Clients, Banks, Creditors, Government Tenders, Investors etc.
For incorporating your Private Limited Company, you will require-
a) Minimum 2 Shareholder's and Director's: Any 2 individuals having a valid PAN Card and Residential Proof can become the Shareholder and Director of the proposed Company. The 2 individuals can be related parties.
For example 1, A & B want to register a Private Limited Company to do Real Estate business. They can easily select their required Package and get their Company Registered.
For example 2, A wants to register a Private Limited Company to do Real Estate business, but he does not have any other Partner, A makes his wife/friend a Director and Shareholder in the Private Limited Company without giving any signing authority and with only 1% shares in the Company. Now he can easily register his own Private Limited Company by selecting his desired Package online.
b) Director Identification Number (DIN): Every proposed Director must obtain a Director Identification Number (DIN) prior to his appointment as a Director in the proposed company. In case you don’t have a DIN, select the required DIN’s based on the number of Directors in our Package Calculator above and we will obtain your DIN.
For example 1, A & B want to register a Private Limited Company to do Real Estate business and become the Director’s of the Real Estate Company. In this case, both A & B are becoming Director’s for the first time and have never applied for DIN. Now, in our Package above, both A & B will require to apply for DIN by selecting ‘2’ Director Identification Number (DIN).
A, B, C & D want to register a Private Limited Company to do Real Estate business and become the Director’s of the Real Estate Company. In this case, A, B & C are becoming Director’s for the first time and have never applied for DIN, whereas, C already has DIN. Now, in our Package above; A, B & C will require to apply for DIN by selecting ‘3’ Director Identification Number (DIN).
c) Digital Signature Certificate (DSC): Every proposed Shareholder & Director must obtain a Digital Signature Certificate. In case you don’t have a DSC, select the required DSC’s based on the number of Directors/Shareholder’s in our Package Calculator above and we will obtain your DSC.
For example 1, X & Y want to register a Private Limited Company to do Information Technology Business and become the Director’s and Shareholder’s of the Information Technology Company. In this case, both X & Y do not have DSC. Now, in our Package above, both X & Y will be required to apply for DSC by selecting ‘2’ Digital Signature Certificate (DSC).
For example 2, W, X, Y & Z want to register a Private Limited Company to do Real Estate business and become the Director’s & Shareholder’s of the Real Estate Company. In this case, W, X & Y are becoming Director’s & Shareholder’s for the first time and have never applied for DSC, whereas, Z already has DSC. Now, in our Package above; W, X & Y will be required to apply for DSC by selecting ‘3’ Digital Signature Certificate (DSC).

a) Filled and Signed copy of DSC Application Form
b) Self Attested copy of PAN Card of the Applicant
c) Self Attested Address Proof of the Applicant such as:
Voter ID Card, Driving License, Ration Card, Passport, Telephone Bill (latest copy), Bank A/c Statements (last entry must not be older than 2 months)
d) Passport size photograph to be affixed on DSC Application Form
Director Identification Number (DIN)
a) Self attested Copy of Pan Card of the proposed Directors
b) Passport size photograph of all the proposed Directors in .JPEG format.
c) Self Attested copy of Address Proof of the proposed Directors such as:-
Voter ID Card, Driving License, Ration Card, Passport, Telephone Bill (latest copy), Bank A/c Statements (last entry must not be older than 2 months)
Company Registered Office Address Proof
a) Latest Electricity Bill self-attested by the Owner
b) If the Registered Office premises is on rent, a NOC from the Landlord in favor of the proposed company (format to be provided by Lawpath India).
c) If the Proposed Company's Registered Office is owned premises, than the copy of latest electricity bill
Other Documents
a) Residential Proof of the proposed promoters such as Bank Statement, Electricity Bill, Telephone Bill or Mobile Bill
b) Identity Proof of the proposed promoters such as Voter ID, Passport, Driving License or Aadhar Card
c) Affidavits & other incorporation documents as prepared by Lawpath India for signing and scanning
